US Open Of Surfing

We are primed and ready to go off at another US Open of Surfing again this year, and we want you to crack into it all with us. Whether that’s in the lineup, at our beach bar, or at all the after-parties.
From good times with our friends at Inherent Bummer, to hangin’ with competitors and 805 Beer Authenticos Lakey Peterson, Nolan Rapoza, and Kirra Pinkerton, to fresh insights from our own Conner Coffin at the Cold Beer Surf Club, to even more, we’ve got things covered in Huntington Beach this year. The waves are out front, and the party’s in the back here, the beers are iced down and there’s no better time to get excited for it all than right now.
Cold Beer Surf Club Beach Bar
We’ll be open and serving up cold ones at our Cold Beer Surf Club Beach Bar from the first heat to the finals. Set up in prime viewing position on the water’s edge at the south side of the Huntington Beach pier, we’ll be easy to spot. Just listen for the sound of 805s and Cervezas getting cracked open and good times being had when you’re down there and you’ll find us.
Authenticos Are Hitting The Lineup
805 Authenticos Lakey Peterson, Nolan Rapoza and Kirra Pinkerton are all throwin’ on jerseys at this year’s US Open, and we’re so stoked to watch them take the lineup. Nolan’s just come off a huge second-place finish at the latest World Surf League’s Challenger Series stop on Ballito, South Africa, Kirra’s still riding high after winning it all at the Jack’s Pro in Huntington Beach earlier this year and, well, Lakey’s Lakey, you could say we’re pretty stoked to see them all take on the rest of the competition.

That’s right, we’re taking our podcast with the WSL and 805 Authentico Conner Coffin mobile for the entirety of the US Open. From competition breakdowns to interviews with all your favorite personalities, Conner will give his input straight from the pier, the sand, and beyond. 805 Beer x Inherent Bummer Factory by the Sea
A two-day festival of surf films, live music, art, food, drinks, and so much more, the 805 and Inherent Bummer Factory By The Sea is for everyone who likes their beer cold, times good, and music played loud. Stay tuned for more info, but just know that this official celebration of all things core goes down on August 8th and 9th.
